How are you planning to socialize your dog? We work hard to introduce our puppies to as many experiences and situations as possible before they leave us, but it is critical that this process continue until maturity and even thereafter. For example, our puppies visit just about any place that allows dogs and is safe (like puppy kindergarten, outdoor dog shows, big hardware and pet stores, ball fields (not dog parks!), and so on.) Teaching your dog to use Facebook doesn't count as socialization. *

The Canaan Dog is a rare breed, and puppies are not always available immediately. How long are you willing to wait for one? If we do not have and are not expecting puppies, we may be able to refer you to other Canaan Dog breeders who may have puppies sooner. *
